Doris Parks

Doris grew up on a family farm in Perth, graduated from Perth and District Collegiate Institute and trained with a Perth Law Firm until 1981. After some travels, she moved to Ottawa where she continued working with high professional law firms as a Law Clerk. She married in 1990 and settled in Constance Bay where she calls home today.

During the May 2022 Derecho storm, Doris's property was damaged by many downed trees and WCDR volunteers came to assist with tree removal. Now retired, Doris decided that she wanted to give back to WCDR and joined our Board of Directors in November 2022. Doris is currently assisting WCDR by using her skills with events and fundraising.
