Allan Joyner

Allan has lived in West Carleton for over 40 years. He is a communications consultant and emergency exercise practitioner with extensive experience in media relations, emergency preparedness and critical incident response. He has been a volunteer with the Huntley Community Association (Carp) since 2012 and serves on the board of that association and that of WCDR. He volunteers with the Carp Agricultural Society and he and his wife Michelle organize the activities of the West Carleton Neighbourhood Tomato Community Garden in Carp.
